Exploring wild spaces is where I find the words that help me find myself. I started passing those thoughts along in a monthly column while I was editor of Wyoming Wildlife. Honestly, it started because I wanted to try free writing. I thought it would maybe last a year at most. But I uncovered something under that water that has yet to go back to sleep.
