Action Plan

This 88-page opus of forest health information was so much fun to see take form. The Colorado State Forest Service conducts surveys, focus groups and data analyzations every five years to come up with an action plan to steer employees around the state toward common future goals. This research is packed into mounds of Word documents by subject experts across a variety of expertise areas. I got that text and, working with about a half dozen subject experts, came up with the visuals and layout to bring the information to life in a glossy, stitch bound booklet. Below are some highlight layouts of the horizontal page format we chose, which was a decision based on the need to print the document maps of the state as large as possible.
